I have used this Gel & belt for several years & I have loved it. I love the heat and the sweat everything. However the last time I ordered I was disappointed in my belt. The inside of the belt tore. So I stopped ordering for a few years. However I really miss the gel so I am gonna give it a try again. Please please please send me a good belt.
