still one of the best deals I've taken advantage, the sweat gel will definitely heat you up and make you sweat, all you have to do is move a bit and activate it, I also you it in the sauna for an extra drip. the sweat belts all work well too. I have belts/wraps for the arms, legs, and the stomach. on top of that in my other bundle I got the jump rope with the kettle bell bags, I filled them with grain as it's much larger than fine sand.
